Family YMCA of the Desert next week will host its Golden Circle Dinner to celebrate a successful Annual Campaign season.
The Family YMCA of the Desert is the largest provider of licensed childcare in the valley, with 11 program sites, three licensed Early Childhood Education Centers, five before and after-school sites, and a variety of programming, officials said.
The dinner is set to get underway at 5 p.m. May 2 at Toscana Country Club, 76009 Via Club Villa, according to YMCA officials. It will be an evening to celebrate the shared passion of donors who pledged $2,000 or more toward the annual campaign, which raised more than $250,000.
“The YMCA’s Annual Campaign raises funds that help provide enrichment programs benefiting children and families across the Coachella Valley,” Family YMCA of the Desert’s Chief Executive Officer Paula Simonds said in a statement. “We are grateful to our dedicated Board of Directors and Trustees for sharing their passion and purpose and thank our donors and community partners for their continued support.”
