The Los Angeles Police Department Wednesday sought public help to identity a family whose photographs were recovered by detectives investigating a home burglary in Northridge.
“In the course of an investigation of a residential burglary … detectives located 103 family photographs believed to belong to an additional victim or victims of a burglary,” according to an LAPD statement. “It is presumed that the owner of the photographs also resides in the area.”
Authorities released two of the photos, most of which date from the 1990s.
Anyone with information about the case was urged to call Detective Ian Lewis at 818-832-0971, or 877-LAPD-247.
